Zerussit, auch Bleikarbonat oder Weißbleierz genannt, ist ein Mineral, das sich durch seine chemische Zusammensetzung aus Bleikarbonat (PbCO3) auszeichnet und eine wichtige Bleiquelle darstellt. Der Begriff leitet sich vom lateinischen Wort „cerussa“ ab, was Weißblei bedeutet. Historische Referenzen zu dem Mineral reichen bis ins Jahr 1565 zurück, als Conrad Gessner „cerussa nativa“ erwähnte. Im Jahr 1832 führte F. S. Beudant den Namen „céruse“ ein, während die aktuelle Bezeichnung, Cerussit, 1845 von W. Haidinger festgelegt wurde. Frühe Bergleute bezeichneten es gemeinhin als Bleispat oder Weißbleierz.

For all items reported as damaged or broken, we do require the item to be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. However, if your claim is approved after review, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
