Inesit ist ein wasserhaltiges Calcium-Mangan-Silikat-Mineral, das durch die chemische Formel Ca2Mn7Si10O28(OH)2•5(H2O) gekennzeichnet ist. Dieses Inosilikat-Mineral kristallisiert in einem triklinen System und weist eine Mohs-Härte von 5,5 bis 6 sowie eine spezifische Dichte von 3,0 auf. Sein Name leitet sich vom griechischen Wort Ίνες (ines) ab, was „Fasern“ bedeutet, was seine charakteristische Farbe und seinen Habitus widerspiegelt. Inesit kommt typischerweise in hydrothermalen Verdrängungslagerstätten vor, die mit manganreichen metamorphen Gesteinen und Serpentinen verbunden sind. Es wurde erstmals 1887 in der Grube Hilfe Gottes in Dillenburg, Hessen, Deutschland, identifiziert und ist seitdem an mehreren anderen bedeutenden Standorten gefunden worden.
Pyrit, umgangssprachlich auch als Katzengold bezeichnet, ist ein Eisensulfid mit der chemischen Formel FeS2, auch bekannt als Eisen(II)-disulfid. Es ist das am häufigsten vorkommende Sulfidmineral in der Natur.

For all items reported as damaged or broken, we do require the item to be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. However, if your claim is approved after review, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
