Pyromorphit ist ein Mineral, das aus Bleichlorophosphat besteht, mit der Formel Pb5(PO4)3Cl, und kann in ausreichenden Mengen als Bleierz abgebaut werden. Es bildet typischerweise Kristalle, die eine hexagonale Prismenform aufweisen, oft mit Basisflächen abgeschlossen und gelegentlich mit schmalen hexagonalen Pyramidenflächen. Fassförmige Kristalle sind ebenfalls relativ häufig, zusammen mit kugeligen und nierenförmigen Aggregaten. Als Mitglied der Apatit-Mineralgruppe ähnelt Pyromorphit in physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften stark Mimetesit (Pb5(AsO4)3Cl) und Vanadinit (Pb5(VO4)3Cl), was eine Unterscheidung ohne chemische Analyse schwierig macht.

Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. However, if your claim is approved after review, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
