L'azurite a pour formule chimique Cu₃(CO₃)₂(OH)₂, les cations cuivre(II) étant liés à la fois à des anions carbonate et hydroxyde. C'est l'un des deux minéraux carbonatés basiques de cuivre(II) relativement courants, l'autre étant la malachite, d'un vert vif. L'aurichalcite, quant à elle, est un minéral carbonaté basique rare contenant du cuivre et du zinc. Le carbonate de cuivre simple (CuCO₃) n'existe pas à l'état naturel en raison de la forte affinité de l'ion Cu²⁺ pour l'anion hydroxyde HO⁻.
La limonite est un minerai de fer composé d'un mélange d'oxydes-hydroxydes de fer(III) hydratés de compositions variables. Bien qu'elle soit souvent représentée par la formule FeO(OH)·nH₂O, cette représentation est trompeuse car les proportions d'oxyde et d'hydroxyde peuvent varier considérablement.

If your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you provide a short, continuous video showing the specimen from at least six angles. You can simply hold it in your hands and gently rotate it while filming. Please also include a clear view of the package label in the video so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
For all items reported as damaged or broken, we do require the item to be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. However, if your claim is approved after review, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
