CYLINDRITE, Lago Poopo BOLIVIE (miniature)
La cylindrite est un sulfosel composé d'étain, de plomb, d'antimoine et de fer, de formule Pb₃Sn₄FeSb₂S₁₄. Elle cristallise généralement dans une structure pinacoïdale triclinique, se présentant souvent sous forme de formations tubulaires ou cylindriques constituées de feuillets enroulés. Ce minéral arbore une teinte métallique allant du noir au gris plomb, une dureté Mohs comprise entre 2 et 3 et une densité de 5,4. Découvert en 1893 à la mine Santa Cruz, dans le département d'Oruro en Bolivie, son nom fait référence à la forme cylindrique caractéristique de ses cristaux, une particularité rare chez les minéraux.

If your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you provide a short, continuous video showing the specimen from at least six angles. You can simply hold it in your hands and gently rotate it while filming. Please also include a clear view of the package label in the video so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
For all items reported as damaged or broken, we do require the item to be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. However, if your claim is approved after review, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
