La natrolite est un minéral classé comme tectosilicate et appartenant au groupe des zéolites. C'est un silicate hydraté de sodium et d'aluminium de formule chimique Na₂Al₂Si₃O₁₀·2H₂O, et son gisement type se situe à Hohentwiel, dans le Hegau, en Allemagne.
Ce minéral fut nommé natrolite par Martin Heinrich Klaproth en 1803. Son nom provient du grec « natron », signifiant soude, en référence à sa teneur en sodium, et « lithos », signifiant pierre. Appelé familièrement pierre aciculaire ou zéolite aciculaire, ce nom souligne la forme aciculaire typique de ses cristaux, souvent allongés et disposés en touffes divergentes. Ces cristaux peuvent également présenter des surcroissances épitaxiales de natrolite, de mésolite et de gonnardite, selon diverses configurations.

For all items reported as damaged or broken, we do require the item to be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. However, if your claim is approved after review, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
