Hutchinsonite is a rare sulfosalt mineral composed of thallium, arsenic, and lead, with the chemical formula (Tl,Pb)2As5S9. This hydrothermal mineral was first identified in 1903 from a sample collected in Binnental, Switzerland, and was subsequently named in 1904 in honor of the Cambridge mineralogist Arthur Hutchinson, F.R.S. (1866–1937).
