Q: Are your crystals and minerals natural or man-made?
A: All our specimens are 100% natural unless clearly stated otherwise (e.g., synthetic quartz or lab-grown opals). We source directly from reputable miners and field collectors worldwide.

Q: Where do your minerals come from?
A: Our inventory includes specimens from well-known locations in Australia, Africa, South America, Europe, the USA, and more. Each listing includes locality details when available.

Q: Are your crystals ethically sourced?
A: Yes. We prioritize ethical sourcing by working with small-scale miners, family-run operations, and trusted suppliers who adhere to fair labor and environmental standards.

Q: Do you offer metaphysical or healing crystals?
A: While many customers enjoy the metaphysical aspect of crystals, we sell them as natural objects and collectibles. Any metaphysical properties mentioned are for informational or cultural context and not scientifically proven.


🔹 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We typically dispatch within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Some restrictions apply based on customs regulations in your country.

Q: How is my order packaged?
A: All specimens are carefully wrapped and boxed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile or valuable items are double-boxed.

Q: Will I receive the exact crystal in the photo?
A: Yes, unless otherwise stated. If the item is marked as "representative photo" or "bulk listing," you'll receive one of similar quality and size. In this case we will send you several pictures for your approval and finalizing the order. 


🔹 Returns & Issues

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation, the specimen involved. Please check our Refund Policy and Terms of Service to learn about the exclusions or exceptions.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, returns are accepted within 30 (thirty) days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping and restocking fee of 15% (to cover examination and authentication costs), unless the return is due to our error.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing may already be underway.

Q: How do I know if a specimen is genuine?
A: We use decades of field experience and mineralogical testing to identify all specimens accurately. We never sell dyed or treated stones without clear disclosure.

Q: What is the difference between raw and polished stones?
A: Raw stones are natural and uncut, straight from the earth. Polished stones have been shaped and smoothed for aesthetic or practical use.

Q: Do you provide mineral ID or authentication services?
A: We offer informal identifications for educational purposes but do not issue lab certificates. For official appraisals or academic purposes, a professional lab is recommended. Please, ask us for references (at your own risk when used).

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, wholesale and bulk discounts are available for stores, healers, and collectors. Please contact us with your requirements.

Q: Can I request crystals from a specific locality or type?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to try sourcing specific minerals or crystals. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll get in touch when available. Our search engine allows you to search for localities, too.

Q: Are the metaphysical properties of crystals scientifically proven?
A: No. Any spiritual or healing claims are based on historical traditions and beliefs, not scientific evidence. We recommend viewing them as cultural stories, not medical advice or scientific proof or recognition.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary gift notes and eco-friendly wrapping options. Please leave a message at checkout.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Currently, we operate online only. Follow us on social media for pop-up events, markets, and exhibitions.
