TIGER's EYE

Tiger's eye, often referred to as tiger eye, is a chatoyant gemstone typically classified as a metamorphic rock, characterized by its golden to red-brown hues and silky sheen. Belonging to the quartz family, tiger's eye, along with the similarly colored hawk's eye, exhibits its distinctive luster due to the parallel arrangement of quartz crystals and transformed amphibole fibers, which have largely converted to limonite.
