Torbernit, oft als Chalcolith bezeichnet, ist ein recht verbreitetes Mineral mit der chemischen Formel Cu[(UO2)(PO4)]2(H2O)12. Dieses hydratisierte grüne Kupfer-Uranphosphat kommt typischerweise in Graniten und anderen Uranlagerstätten als Sekundärmineral vor. Seine chemische Struktur ähnelt stark der des Autunits, wobei ein Cu2+-Kation ein Ca2+-Kation ersetzt. Unter bestimmten Bedingungen kann Torbernit Wasser verlieren und sich in Metatorbernit umwandeln, das die Formel Cu[(UO2)(PO4)]2(H2O)8 hat.

For all items reported as damaged or broken, we do require the item to be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. However, if your claim is approved after review, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
